 The trick to making a gluten free dessert is find a recipe that has been adapted to be gluten free (they can be hit and miss), but to find desserts that are gluten free from creation. Here is the recipe that Taunya used: Almond Danish   NOTE: You can do a NO KNEAD version by simply mixing everything, letting stand on the counter for an hour, punch down and let it ferment overnight and then proceed as normal.
