How will you know when your business vision changes? In my experience, it starts with feeling less motivated to work in your business. Which leads to feeling unclear and confused about what you’re doing in your business. Which leads to doing less marketing and sales, signing less clients, and seeing a drop in your revenue. Ultimately, it leads to feeling stuck in your business.
When this starts to happen, you can open your mind to the idea that maybe your business vision is simply changing….and maybe it’s changing dramatically!
Listen to this podcast episode to learn exactly what you can do in this situation, so you can move forward with the business you really want.
In this episode, I share a very real and current example from my own business that may surprise you!

Considering a business pivot? Listen to this podcast episode first. I share some important lessons I’ve learned over the past several weeks in my own business. The lessons I’ve learned will help you make the right decision for you.
I have been focusing on work-life balance coaching for the past year and a half, and I started to pivot my business over the past several weeks towards helping people create their own group coaching programs. As I got deeper into it, things started to feel hard and my momentum slowed down. I took some time to think about the business pivot I was making, what I really wanted, and what my clients really wanted - and I decided to reset.
The decision I ultimately made was to continue work-life balance coaching, and offer bonus support to my clients who also need help creating a group coaching program as part of their work-life balance journey. So, that’s what I’m doing.
Now that I’ve made this decision, and it feels right to me, I’m moving forward full speed ahead and creating my own group coaching program to help business owners with work-life balance. There will be a bonus inside my new program to teach my step-by-step process for creating a group coaching program as well. Stay tuned for more details!

Did you feel like a different person when you worked in the corporate world? Many people felt that way. I definitely did! Some corporate environments “train” employees to fit in and do things their way. But when you become a business owner, it’s important to shed that programming and get clear on who you are and how you want to operate your business.
When you lean into your own strengths and interests, you will build your business in a way that feels easier and more positive for you, while providing the best quality product or service you can to your customers.
The place where your strengths and interests intersect with what your customers need and want, is exactly where you should focus your time and energy in your business. Where is that place for you?
Listen to this podcast episode as Andrea and Life and Business Coach Shyloh Brown help you discover that intersection for you and your business.
