In the early 1990s in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas, a man that the FBI would give the name of Cowboy Bob to, was robbing banks. He would walk in, wearing his cowboy hat, gloves, and hand over a note to the teller demanding all the money they had, minus any dye packs. He was always described as very calm and collected.
