Gary Harris is the sports director of WVUA-23 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He's worked with the station for 18 years. WVUA is owned by the University of Alabama but is broadcast over the air and is Tuscaloosa's only local TV station. He's also host of the Gary Harris Show on 102.9 FM in Tuscaloosa. He and Ben Jones talk about how the station works with Alabama students, how realistic 'Anchorman' is and the maddest Nick Saban ever got at him.

Edwin Stanton, the new executive sports editor of The Tuscaloosa News, joins Ben Jones to talk about his new position and his background with the paper. They talk about his responsibilities for making a newspaper on deadline following games on Saturday night and how the staff works to put out a print product.

Ben Jones, Cecil Hurt and Terrin Waack convene to discuss the 10 Alabama players selected in the 2019 NFL draft. Quinnen Williams led the way while going 3rd overall to the New York Jets, while Mack Wilson and Deionte Thompson both fell into the fifth round.

The TideSports staff goes around the horn to discuss the latest news for several Alabama sports. Terrin Waack and Ben Jones begin by discussing how the gymnastics team finished its season, followed by how the baseball team is currently doing. Cecil Hurt and Ben Jones are joined by Taylor Watson, curator of the Bryant Museum, to discuss the final head coach between Paul W. "Bear" Bryant and Nick Saban. Shula took over a program with significant NCAA sanctions and a recent off-field scandal with no head coaching experience. He won 10 games in 2005 but was fired in 2006.

Ben Jones, Cecil Hurt and Terrin Waack recap the end of Alabama's 2019 spring practice and the A-Day game. They talk about which freshmen are already establishing roles for themselves, the depth on defense, how the passing game looked and some development in Alabama's kicking game. They also talk about Nick Saban announcing he's having his hip examined.

"The Road to Saban" series continues with a look at the tenure of coach Mike Price. He succeeded Dennis Franchione and had led Washington State to back-to-back 10-win seasons but never coached a game at Alabama. He was fired in spring of 2003 after university president Dr. Robert Witt determined his off-field behavior was unacceptable. Cecil Hurt and Taylor Watson of the Bryant Museum discuss whether this was the low point for Alabama football after the retirement of Coach Paul W. "Bear" Bryant.

Cecil Hurt and Ben Jones sit down to discuss the start of Nate Oats' tenure at Alabama. The new basketball coach convinced Kira Lewis Jr. and John Petty to remain in Tuscaloosa and has assembled his first coaching staff. They also discuss some of the players Oats is recruiting to finish the roster out, including Trendon Watford and graduate transfer possibilities.
