Well, it would not be very polite of me not to introduce myself, now would it? Hello, my name is Mariah...

    • My greatest passion in life is helping people become the very best version of themselves through the confidence gained by learning modern etiquette. My mission is to bring an intentional sparkle back to a lost art.
    • My method of teaching puts a modern twist on timeless lessons of protocol, manners, and respect, to help my clients create stronger connections, distinguish themselves, and reach their full potential in their personal and professional lives. I am honored to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds located across the globe.
    • I am located in New York City, offering services in person as well as virtually. OSE's services include private consulting, group sessions, webinars, speaking engagements, and special events on the following topics: youth, social, dining and business etiquette, personal branding, wedding preparation, style consulting, and more.
    • Before founding OSE, I managed a fashion and lifestyle blog, and worked in corporate fashion in the garment center of NYC.
    • I adore the style of the 1950’s & 1960’s. I have been an old soul for as long as I can remember! I am all about vintage style, not vintage values.

  • Ret. Detective Sergeant Kyle McPhee; The Heart Behind The Badge

    Send us Fan Mail

31 years with the Michigan State Police has taught this man far more than most!
I prefer to lead from the front rather than manage from the rear.
Know your audience and  then motivate them accordingly.
    Firm but fair.

Kyle started off as a skinny, pigeon-toed, late bloomer.  Rather than let this be his downfall, he used it as motivation. He worked his ass off to become the man he is today. And the man he is today is nothing short of amazing and inspiring!

    This is his story.
