This weeks guests  are Ryan and Charlie from the touring and recording band, Slow Time Mondays!

Over the past decade the lads have gone from being four teens playing covers,  to an established band playing original material at iconic venues and festivals.

We get into how it all started, Ryan's time playing in a previous band with yours truly and the influence and impact that our good friend, the late Mike Dobie had on our lives and musical careers.  

This week I sit down at the microphone with one of my oldest friends, Kristian Lasham. Kristian is a singer, guitarist, bassist, studio engineer/producer, live sound engineer, podcaster and YouTuber. Kristian also works for a major musical instrument and equipment retailer helping musicians of all walks of life ensure they get the gear they need.

This week my guest is The Sussex Stevie Ray Vaughan, Stuart Bligh! Stuart is a professional guitarist and singer and fronts the popular blues band, The Big Blue.

Stuart is also a very highly respected guitar tutor who has inspired countless individuals to take up music either as a hobby or a career, including your host!

Today we are given an insight into Stuart's role off and on the stage.
