April has been a visionary and challenger her whole life. She’s the Founder of Ezer & Co., a global coaching company all about activating women to live & lead with wholeness. Prior to being a CEO and certified coach, she pastored in two of the most influential churches in the U.S. for 15+ years. April’s coached over 1000 globally diverse leaders since 2013 and is committed to investing in historically marginalized people, predominantly women and POC. April’s an international speaker and has been published in over a dozen books. She’s always been a tomboy with sparkly shoes. April’s still crazy about her high school sweetheart, Brian. Together, they co-parent 3 kiddos in their beautiful multi-ethnic family, and live in Orange County, CA.
