Why do we often fail to speak up when it’s important to be heard?
What are the choices we face in dealing with challenging people or situations?
And how can we find a better way that embraces humanity without avoiding critical conversations?
In this episode I am speaking with Joe Weston who is an expert in mastering the art of respectful confrontation about his new book “Fierce Civility” and discovering why if we want to create a more peaceful society and more harmonious relationships we need to confront rather than avoid the key issues that threaten to divide us.
