The world of Barista Art has grown over the last 10 years with Latte Art now being a big competitive creative outlet for many. With the love of coffee reaching an all time high across the world, Baristas now taking great pride in the artistry presented to their customers.

Heidi Phillip- Smith is the Latte Art trainer from The London School of Coffee.
Heidi's career began when she didn't know what to do with her life at 21 & decided to work in a coffee shop. That decision has exposed her to so many opportunities within the coffee industry and with the help of Instagram, exposed Heidi to the world of Latte Art.

Heidi is the UK Latte Art finalist from 2017-2019 and has competed in World Championships as well. Who knew the Coffee Olympics existed?!
