The boys are back to look at two more top notch lineups. The Huskers picked up a SOLID group from the transfer portal this offseason are poised to make another trophy run this season. The Hokies have their star recruit, Bo Bassett, making his college debut this year. Can he, Caleb Henson, Aaron Seidel and the rest of the other Virginia Tech lineup have a top 3 performance in March this season?

We look at the lineup options available to the top two programs in the country. Both boasting incredibly deep rosters, certainly neither will have their final starting lineup until long after the season starts. Who do you have making the starting spot for the Nittany Lions and Cowboys?

The boys are back to preview the Men's Freestyle U20 World Championships! How will Team USA's reps do? Can the Americans pull off a repeat performance from their title-winning run last year?

Aeoden Sinclair just made his first U20 World Team and took 3rd at NCAAs for Missouri — but this conversation isn't really about the results.

We talk about what it actually felt like walking out after winning his world team spot (and why it wasn't the moment he expected), why he doesn't think his achievements define who he is, the "second arrow" concept from sports psychology he uses to deal with losses, his faith and how it shapes how he competes, his path to Mizzou and chasing a team national title.
