Who told you that choosing yourself is selfish?
That question became this week's Barrier Break.
After a morning swim at Cala d'Hort, meditating in front of Es Vedrà and feeling more connected to myself than I had in a long time, I made a decision that immediately brought up an old, familiar feeling...
Guilt.
Not because I knew I'd made the wrong decision.
But because I had chosen myself.
In this episode, I explore the invisible belief that so many women carry: that choosing themselves somehow means they care less about the people they love.
I don't believe that's true anymore.
I believe you can love deeply, care deeply, and still choose what feels true for you.
Because caring for others should never require abandoning yourself.
This isn't an episode about Ibiza.
It's about reclaiming your authority.
It's about questioning the beliefs you've inherited.
And it's about moving from the back seat of your own life... back into the driver's seat.
💛 This week's Barrier Break:
Who told you that choosing yourself is selfish?
Maybe it's time to question that story.
Because you don't need to become a better version of yourself.
You need to stop performing the version you're not.
