Craig sit's down with Cara and goes in to depth in took to be the only female, and one of only a very few people to ever complete the 50 hour navy seal inspired workout, Kokoro camp. They discuss the preparation and how it all went down. The highs and the lows and the lessons learned going through the toughest training program available to the public.
Cara is a badass, and hearing what she endured during Kokoro 51 is nothing short of inspiring.
