In this episode, I speak with Tara one of the members I coach at Crossfit Roar. We speak about her back injury and how it caused her to prolapse. Her surgery and recovery from this, how it affected her mindset and how she’s changed her training so she can continue to do what she loves. As I said at the start of the podcast we are not specialists, we simply wanted to have this discussion because there are plenty of women who I know have suffered from the same thing and feel like they will never be able to train again.
