Dakota Keays-Clark  is a results driven Sports Performance Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Arizona State University. He bases his philosophy on optimizing human movement, focused on injury prevention strategies and comprehensive program design. His athletic background and experience in sports psychology has shaped a well rounded scientific approach to improve performance physically and psychologically. Dakota has experience training athletes of all ages and sports including Arizona’s #1 ranked Women’s Junior tennis player, Junior lacrosse, and hockey players, amateur and professional golfers, high school and Division 1 basketball, volleyball, and football players, and professional baseball and soccer athletes. His experience and coaching methods are proven to be effective techniques to enhance performance creating healthy lifestyle changes to achieve his clients specific goals.

Today we have Madeline Petry, a sports psychology and mental skills coach who currently works with Xavier as a Performance Coach at Future Research, Inc. Maddie is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC), has spent time as a mental performance coach at Wake Forest and California State Long Beach.

Emily Blurton is the Sports Performance Coach for the Seattle Storm, and has working in that role since 2016, where she was part of the 2018 championship season. Emily has worked as a corrective exercise specialist and kettlebell instructor at Elite Sports and Spine, and specializes in using a combination of kettlebells, bodyweight, and TRX as a means to create the appropriate loading and sensory input necessary to elicit physical and neurological changes for improved health and performance.

Prior to joining IMG Academy, Joe spent three years as a Performance Expert in the Ready and Resilient Performance center for the U.S. Military (Army, Navy, and Air Force) at Fort Sam Houston. Additionally, Joe served as a mental performance coach for clients ranging from high school to professional across various sports.

Ryan Buhain has been training basketball players since 2014. He started his basketball skills training career working for the world famous IMG Academy located in Bradenton, Florida. During his tenure at IMG, he has worked with hundreds of players from around the world including players from countries such as Russia, Greece, Ukraine, Mexico, and players from all over the United States. He has also worked with NBA/Overseas Pros at IMG such as Iman Shumpert (Sacramento Kings), Moe Harkless (Portland Trailblazers), Rodney Hood (Cleveland Cavaliers) and other pro players in NBA / Overseas. In 2015, Ryan branched out on his own in Central Florida as the founder of 2 Hands Basketball to train basketball players in his hometown Kissimmee, Florida. His demand has grown in a worldwide market as Ryan runs basketball skills camps in Thailand, Japan, and Philippines and other countries. The most notable player who has trained under 2 Hands Basketball is NBA ALL STAR, Kemba Walker of the Charlotte Hornets. Ryan is also a Bachelors Degree of Science holder, majoring in Sports and Exercise Science -  Human Performance at the University of Central Florida. He now trains thousands of players every year locally, nationally and internationally.

Renee Montgomery is a 2x WNBA Champion, former sixth woman of the year and current guard for the Atlanta Dream. Renee won a NCAA championship in 2009, also going undefeated in the same season, holds multiple records with the Huskies, has been a Gatorade player of the year, Mcdonald’s All American, and just about any other accolade you can think of. Today she talks about the Uconn days, winning WNBA championships and much more.

Today we have Jordin Canada, point guard for the Seattle Storm, and 2018 WNBA champion and most recently made the 2019 All-Defensive First team. Jordin was drafted 5th overall in 2018, and comes from UCLA, born and raised in Los Angeles. She graduated as the all time UCLA and Pac-12 assists leader, scored 1800 points and dished out 700 assists, the only other person to do this was Gary Payton and won Pac-12 DPOY.
