Protesters gathered at Boston’s White Stadium to rally against the Franklin Park renovation project, a plan that includes tearing down the existing stadium to make way for a new facility, which will be used by a professional women’s soccer team and Boston Public Schools. The project has quickly become a key issue in this year’s Boston mayoral race with mayoral candidate Josh Kraft opposing the project, calling for an “immediate halt” on the demolition, whereas Mayor Wu supports the project. Josh Kraft checked in with Dan to discuss.
