This week, the Sixth Sunday after Trinity, Fr Drew talks to us about baptism and asks the question whether baptism is the long, lost, and forgotten sacrament.  Baptism is not meant to be a one-time event that happened in the past and that we never think about again nor remember. On the contrary, it should be an ongoing source of grace, renewal, encouragement, and reminder of what God has done, who we are, and what we are a part of.  

This week, the Fifth Sunday after Trinity, Fr Drew weaves the story of Jesus calling St Peter as a disciple with the story of Isaiah in Isaiah 6.  By looking at these two passages, Fr Drew shows that there is a thread of confession, absolution, and mission that runs through both.
