& then our amazing guest Courtney joins us to talk about her experience with migraines and how she is working hard to help women not feel trapped in their diagnosis.

This amazingly strong, kind mama who has been experiencing migraines since the age of 9 decided it was time to use her experience, her knowledge, her schooling to empower those struggling to not give up too! There is an answer! She found how to live her life and so can you ♥️

In this episode, we went off the normal path and just decided to chat about our new venture into Patreon, where we are at with the world since launching Season 3 & where we plan to take the show next!

Doesn’t really add up to any of us.
