Having understanding of certain things is key to making you not overreact to certain things. If your in a relationship and have drama inside your home don’t go outside of your home and cause more drama to bring home. Being able to laugh with the person your with is key. Especially about your past. We all have a past. When life gets hard always know that it’s important to pivot. Your brain is the stirring wheel and your body is the ship
