Anxiety is something we all deal with from time to time. Due to this prevalence, there may be some confusion on having an anxiety disorder and being anxious.

I was a little punch drunk that day as this was our first episode we recorded after an unexpected death in my family. I have heard from close friends that I sounded annoyed with Marie. I was just being silly. Marie isn't mad so you shouldn't be either :)
