Sean Deveney the NBA writer joins the show to dicsuss his story on Markelle Fultz trying to fall in love with the game again in his Orlando Magic debut. He and Marc discuss what the expectations will be for the start of the season. Then they talk about other NBA news including the injury to Zion Williamson.

Just when we all thought that the NBA-China saga was dying down the Chinese government released a state that could be put Adam Silver in the crosshairs. After the Daryl Morey tweet was posted reports came out that the Chinese government was calling for Morey to be fired, Silver even said that this happened. Only one problem, China never said that. Marc talks about how this situation could cause the NBA to lose more money than the the Morey tweet ever did.

What did we learn from this weekends slate of NFL games? Well it seems like Danny Dimes has now become Danny Pennys after the Giants fell to the Arizona Cardinals. The Miami Dolphins found a new way to loss against the Buffalo Bills in a game that featured the Dolphins HAVING A LEAD! Plus as Marc talks about this now sets up a December match up for the Dolphins and the Bengals where both teams could be winless.

After the bye week the UCF Knights got back into the win column after taking down the ECU Pirates. Marc gives his thoughts on the game including what he thinks about a portion of the fans leaving at half-time with the team up big and how that can play a role into how the team plays the rest of the game.

Matt Baker of the Tampa Bay Times joins the show to talk about this weekend of college football action. He talks about what it is like to be watch a Saturday slate of games after becoming a cord cutter. Then he and Marc discuss the job that Dan Mullen and the Gators staff has done at the QB position with Feleipe Franks going down.

This weekend has a couple of ranked teams facing off but there are also some opportunities for teams to pick up some style points if they win big. Marc talks about how this weekend will be one the playoff committee will pay attention to when it comes to figuring out who the real contenders are.

UCF Football broadcaster Gary Parris joins the show to preview this weekends matchup for the UCF against ECU. He and Marc discuss what the expectations will be for the rest of the season and if there could be any rust for the Knights after having been off for 2 weeks.

Mike O'Donnell joins the show to talk some college hoops, John Calipari screaming up the NBA Draft, and how good will the AAC be and he shares some predictions on the new NBA season.

Austin Lyon of Spectrum Sports joins the show to not only recap some high school football games but previews on the ones happening tonight.

As the NBA still deals with the fallout of the Daryl Morey tweet about China but some players that were on the trip missed out on sponsorship money. Is there a chance that the players could sue the league or China? Richard Hale joins the show to discuss that and other sports legal news.
