We go up to North Carolina to talk with Luke DeCock to learn more about Tom Dundon the current owner of the Carolina Hurricanes who bought into the AAF. Him and Marc discuss why Dundon made the decision to buy and if his connections to other football figures is why his offer seemed so appealing.

The financial situation of the AAF has been a topic of conversation for the last 24 hours after reports came out that the league experience a payroll issue and then more news came out that the league was bought by Carolina Panthers owner Tom Dundon. Marc talks about a statement Steve Spurrier made about how the league experience a funding issue and that is why the turned to a new investor.

Last week the NFL and Colin Kaepernick reached a settlement in his case against the league believing owners would colluding to keep him out. Is this a scenario in which the settlement is a win-win deal for both sides? Plus now that the case is in the past will Kaepernick be able to find a job in the league again?

With the NFL Draft approaching the most polarizing player in the pool of players will be Kyler Murray. Between his size and being a two sport athlete he will be the biggest topic throughout the weekend, but Marc explains that that the perfect comparison for Murray isn't Russell Wilson or Baker Mayfield, its Charlie Ward.

This morning that the Alliance of American Football received an influx of cash from a new investor and that several players did not receive their paychecks this week. The league has attributed this a computer glitch but that hasn't stopped social media from declaring the league as done. Marc explains that before you bury the AAF you should wait until all the information is released but points out that the players will be the biggest source of information in this situation.

Spring training is in full swing and Tim Tebow spoke before the media this weekend and talked about how his goal in life is just to do things that make him happy and help others reach their dreams. Marc and Scott discuss why people still have a problem with Tebow playing baseball when it doesn't affect anyone else's lives except Tebows.

Sports had another "get off my lawn" incident this weekend when famed hockey broadcaster turned his angst towards the Carolina Hurricanes who have been celebrating in epic fashion after home wins. Marc explains that sports are supposed to be fun, and if you have a problem with that then stop watching.

Can you imagine the media coverage if the NFL had to go back to court, or if some kind of evidence came out that appeared like NFL owners colluded against Colin Kaepernick? This is why the NFL made the sport decision to cut Kaepernick a check to prevent that kind of media storm from happening.
