The MedAssist Program, aims to improve health outcomes and medication adherence for select individuals who reside in Santa Clara County. Qualified patients will receive financial assistance in the form of a grant designed to off-set high out-of-pocket expenses for life-saving medications such as anti-diabetics, asthma inhalers, and/or epinephrine auto-injectors.

The Partners in AIDS Care and Education (PACE) Clinic offers individuals, in all stages of HIV infection, expert care in a welcoming and compassionate environment. The Clinic offers a multidisciplinary approach to care that includes a comprehensive range of on-site services, from clinical treatment to nutrition and psychotherapy. The PACE Clinic has a committed team of medical providers, nurses, pharmacists, counselors and outreach workers to ensure that they give their patients the care and support they need.
