What happens if I screw things up?

How do I handle licensing?

How do you handle insurance?

What if I do a bad job?

And on and on and on. All of these questions are important in running a business. But you have to work in a systematic way, or all of this can become overwhelming.

One thing today, one thing tomorrow, and in about 30 days you can be ready to take on your first customer.

Then as you the money starts to trickle in, you solve each additional problem as it presents itself.

Trying to solve all of them before you start? You'll end up overwhelming the hell out of yourself and continue to watch from the sidelines.

You will fail.

There I just saved you a boatload of money on therapy.

Being afraid of your business failing is like being afraid of the dark. There's nothing there.

What will happen if your business fails? Nothing.

If I try something, and it doesn't work, I wrap things up, go watch Netflix or something, and after a few days I think about what's next.

Because in the big scheme of things none of this stuff matters. The earth will still take a year to revolve around the sun, the tides will still come in and go out, and the next business opportunity will still be there waiting to be attacked.

or me, building my lash business looked like this…

Launch, fail, launch, fail, launch, fail, win, win, win.

What happened with all those failures? I learned and got better.

So, at the end of the day, look to launch, get failures out of the way, learn, and get to winning. The real world is where it's at.

A BOOMIN’ business.

A BULGING’ bank account.

A BADASS body.

A BULLETPROOF mindset.

The goal of any entrepreneur is to have every one of these areas in their life on fire all at the same time.

Because every entrepreneur face the same challenge; where they have one of these areas is on fire but the rest is struggling:

They have a boomin’ business, but they have no friends and is out of shape.

They have a badass body, but not making money in their business.

They have money in the bank, but their boyfriend is making them miserable. 

You see the challenge of a entrepreneur is not just having one of these areas in your life  boomin’ but all the other areas in your life boomin AT THE SAME TIME.

Let’s Talk about it …

Is the Beauty Industry  really saturated?

Now on the SURFACE LEVEL…. %10000 yes. 

Everybody is doing the exact same thing nowadays.

Saturated in lashes? Oh my god…

Saturated in Brows? Mhmm…

Saturated in Nails? Yes yes yess…

But when we dive deeper, you’ll realise it’s really a myth for these 2 reasons:

Competition- if tons of people doing the thing you want to do – is validation.

My point is competition simply means other people have already done the heavy lifting and have proven that your business idea will work.

2. The beauty industry is saturated with people who are doing business BADLY.

And we’re talking about low level customer service. 

· Never answer the phone.

· Never reply to DMs/email.

· Rude and aggressive.

· Sloppy branding.

· Etc...

Yet...

They’re making a bunch of money despite being so bad.
