Maya Angelou once said, “It is time for parents to teach young people early on that in diversity there is beauty and there is strength.” This is the only way to combat the “cognitive tribalism,” that causes us to dislike anyone who doesn't conform to our points of view.I had conversations with this amazing women of diversity as a strength that all women must embrace.
