In my latest meditation, I invite you to find somewhere quiet to sit or lie down and take in the beauty of the moment. 

Taking some time to acknowledge your surroundings and remember a place, person, or sound that you think is beautiful and uplifting is sure to put a smile on your face.

Remember, you can always come back to this place. Just close your eyes and take a moment to pause and reflect.
