Rebecca Conway is one of my oldest, and most enduring friends. We have lived many lifetimes together. A few years ago, in a healing encounter facilitated by me, she rebirthed into my family, which was so beautiful. She makes me laugh so hard and loud, because she is really fun and funny.

In this raw and open conversation she shares her experience of waking up to a life that looks nothing like the one her soul actually wants, and how she went about starting to change it.

Bec shares about how, for many years, she did what she could to try not to feel the pain. She would do 'just enough' 'healing work to make her feel like she was shifting her problems. She would take medication to cover up that which she didn't want to see or feel. Until one day, a 'bomb' exploded so that she could no longer deny her real life.

Bec's story will be so relatable to many others. She has adult children and, after many years of 'blaming' her husband for her problems, they are still together.

And she may help you begin to live your life more intentionally too.
