What does wellbeing really mean for you?  Simon chats with the Beckies about what we really need for wellbeing.  We discuss how  to manage work loads and find the true meaning that could just help to change your life.
 Simon explains the need for Freedom - free to be who you are born to be.  Ease - With who you are and at ease with where you are in the world.
If we are not at ease how can we  embrace  wellbeing? -Let's start by understanding and removing the barriers that are causing our wellbeing to be compromised .
Simon talks about his previous role as a  Head Teacher and discusses how he created wellbeing cultures and a thriving environments for the children and the teachers.
We know the adult sets the environment  for the children,  therefore your wellbeing and happiness are fundamental.   What  does the climate of  high performance culture  do to children and teachers?
