ARCHIVE ENTRY 000 — The Beginning of the Archive
Every archive has to begin somewhere.
In this first entry of The Becoming Archive, Nyna opens the door to a new chapter—not only for the podcast, but for herself.
After beginning as the Beana Chaos Podcast, this episode explores what happens when the person behind an idea changes, grows, and realizes the original container no longer quite fits. Nyna reflects on her own journey, what “becoming” means to her, and why she wanted to create a space that could hold more than one person's story.
This entry moves through vulnerability, identity, family, motherhood, mental health, boundaries, perspective, and the unexpected lessons we find in the things we watch, experience, and live through.
From conversations happening publicly around vulnerability and trauma, to the deeper meanings Nyna has discovered in movies like Wreck-It Ralph, Soul, and Coraline, this episode asks what happens when we slow down enough to actually notice what life is teaching us.
Nyna also reflects on the distance she gained from her family while living in North Carolina, returning to Arizona with a different perspective, and learning that not everyone is meant to have the same level of access to you. Some people stay close. Some stay at a distance. Some relationships end. And sometimes becoming means learning to accept that.
21:00- The episode also introduces the Beana Chaos Community Spotlight, beginning with Time-In Moms, because becoming isn't something we have to do alone.
This is more than a rebrand.
It's the opening of a living archive of stories, conversations, reflections, questions, and experiences worth remembering.
Because people aren't fixed.
We're always becoming.
Welcome to The Becoming Archive.
Hosted by Nyna A Beana Chaos Production
In Episode 3 of our mini-series The Human Experience, we arrive at the halfway point — the space between who we’ve been and who we’re becoming. Thank you for continuing this journey, for choosing presence, connection, and now… emotional balance.
Regulation: I Am Not Your Projection (Just Breathe) is an intimate exploration of what it means to stay grounded when the world — and the people in it — hand us emotions that are not ours to carry. Through gentle reflection and guided breathing, Nyna offers a compassionate reminder that regulation isn’t about control; it’s about returning to yourself.
This episode explores:
You’ll also be guided through a simple, heart-centered grounding moment, helping you reconnect with your own rhythm, your own truth, your own body.
Regulation is not about perfection. It’s about remembering: You are not what people place on you.
At the end, Nyna opens the door to Episode 4 — Awareness: When Assumptions Become Armor, where we’ll unravel the defenses we build and explore how to soften without losing ourselves.
As always — breathe deeply, stay gentle, and honor your own pace. Healing is a rhythm, not a race.
In Episode 2 of our mini-series The Human Experience, we move from presence into the second truth of emotional maturity: Connection. If you’re here, listening again, thank you. This series asks you to slow down, breathe, and look inward — and the fact that you returned means you’re choosing yourself in ways that matter.
In Connection: The Person Behind Us, Nyna invites you into a tender reflection on the invisible threads that link us all. Connection isn’t just about relationships or shared spaces — it’s about the energetic exchange that happens when we truly see one another. When we recognize that every person we encounter carries their own universe of memories, struggles, dreams, and healing.
This episode explores:
If Presence helps us arrive in our own life, Connection reminds us that we don’t walk it alone.
At the end, Nyna opens the door to Episode 3 — Regulation: I Am Not Your Projection (Just Breathe) — where we’ll explore emotional balance, reclaiming our inner space, and learning not to carry burdens that do not belong to us.
Thank you for continuing this journey. Stay kind to your mind — we’re all a little confused.
In the debut of our new mini-series The Human Experience, Nyna invites you into a soft, grounding exploration of what it truly means to be alive. This five-part journey moves through the core pillars of emotional maturity — Presence, Connection, Regulation, Awareness, and Trust — uncovering the subtle ways we grow, heal, and reconnect with ourselves.
In this episode, Presence: Embracing the Gift of Life, we slow down long enough to remember that life isn’t a checklist or a performance — it’s a sacred experience. Through personal reflection, including the raw and honest reality of navigating postpartum exhaustion, motherhood, partnership, and survival mode, Nyna reflects on the moment she realized she was alive… but not living.
This episode explores:
If you’ve been rushing, carrying too much, or feeling disconnected from your own life, this is your invitation to pause — to feel, to breathe, to remember the gift it is simply to be here.
At the end, we open the door to Episode 2 — Connection: The Person Behind Us, where we dive into the unseen ways our lives are witnessed and impacted by the people around us, even when we think no one is paying attention.
Welcome to The Human Experience. Where the truth isn’t filtered… it just is.
A sound. A scene. A small thing — and suddenly your chest tightens. You know this feeling; it’s an echo from somewhere deep, from a time when you weren’t seen or held the way you needed to be.
In this episode, Nyna walks us through one of those moments — when a simple trigger opens the door to an old wound. Through breath, awareness, and honesty, she learns to separate memory from the moment, the past from the present.
It’s not about the PlayStation. It’s about the ache that lives beneath the surface — and what happens when we stop running from it.
This episode is a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe, and speak to your heart with kindness. You are safe now. You are healing — not perfectly, but presently.
In this reflective episode, Nyna explores a truth we often forget: what you weren’t taught doesn’t define what you’re capable of learning. Many of us carry silent shame or insecurity about the lessons we never received—emotional awareness, boundaries, communication, self-worth. But those missing pieces don’t make you broken; they make you human.
Through gentle insight and personal reflection, The Power of What You Haven’t Been Taught invites you to see those gaps not as limitations, but as invitations—to grow, explore, and become the person you’ve always had the potential to be. Nyna reminds listeners that learning doesn’t end in childhood—it’s a lifelong act of courage, curiosity, and self-compassion.

In this inspiring episode, Nyna explores the quiet power of a small but mighty word—“but.” We use it every day to express doubt, hesitation, or fear: “I want to start, but…” “I wish I could, but…” What if that single word is the very thing standing between you and the life you’re meant to live?
Through gentle reflection and honest storytelling, The Power of “But” and the Courage to Leap invites you to reimagine the role of fear in your journey. Instead of letting “but” stop you, Nyna reminds you that courage isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about taking the first step even when you don’t know where it will lead.

If you’ve been caught between wanting more and feeling afraid to try, this episode is your gentle nudge: the leap is never as far as it seems—and you’re more ready than you think.

In this heartfelt episode, Nyna explores one of life’s most humbling truths: mistakes aren’t failures—they’re teachers. When things don’t go as planned, it’s easy to feel like we’ve fallen short or lost our way. But what if every misstep is actually an invitation—to grow, to learn, and to see ourselves with more compassion?
Through gentle reflection and honest storytelling, The Beauty of Making Mistakes reminds us that the moments we try hardest to hide often become the ones that shape us most. Nyna invites listeners to shift their perspective—to see mistakes not as setbacks, but as sacred parts of the journey toward becoming who we’re meant to be.

In this heartfelt episode, Nyna explores one of life’s most powerful truths: we are never truly alone. When the weight of the world feels too heavy, it’s easy to believe that our pain and struggles are ours to bear in silence. But the truth is, connection—real, human connection—is what helps us heal, rebuild, and remember our strength.
Through gentle reflection and honest storytelling, The Strength of Connection reminds us that community can take many forms—family, friends, support circles, or even quiet understanding from a stranger. Nyna invites listeners to reflect on what connection means to them, and how reaching out (or allowing others in) can transform isolation into empowerment.
✨ In this episode, you’ll explore:
If you’ve been feeling disconnected or like you’re carrying too much on your own, this episode is your gentle reminder: you don’t have to do it all alone.
🎶 Listen now and rediscover the strength that lives in connection.
Inspired by Shoreigh Williams’ artwork Self Love – The Hardest to Receive, this episode dives deep into why loving ourselves can feel so difficult—and yet so essential. Through honest reflection and heartfelt storytelling, Nyna explores the barriers that make self-love uncomfortable, the healing that begins when we face that discomfort, and the quiet strength that comes from finally accepting the love we’ve been searching for within.
✨ In this episode, you’ll explore:
The Power of Self-Love reminds us that nurturing ourselves isn’t selfish—it’s sacred. When we fill our own cup first, we show up for the world with more presence, patience, and authenticity.
🎶 Tune in to remember: you are worthy of your own love, just as you are.

The Becoming Archive is a podcast documenting the human experience of becoming.
Hosted by Nyna and produced by Beana Chaos, the podcast is a living collection of stories,…
Through personal storytelling, thought-provoking conversations, guest interviews, community spotlights, collaborations, and monthly ARCHIVE ENTRIES, The Becoming Archive explores the experiences that shape us—identity, relationships, parenthood, family, creativity, healing, change, patterns, purpose, and everything in between.
Some stories are deeply personal. Some belong to other people. Some are conversations we’ve been waiting to have. Others are simply moments worth stopping long enough to notice.
Because becoming isn’t a destination.
People aren’t fixed.
We are constantly being shaped, challenged, expanded, and rewritten by what we experience.
So this is a place to document it all.
Not to create a perfect record of who we are—but an honest one.
