The consumption of beef is holding steady here in the United States, despite our nation’s dwindling cattle herd.
Pitched as a way to bring down prices, President Trump issued a recent executive order to increase imports of Argentinian beef. It’s unclear if this imported beef will be properly labelled or go through the same quality checks before it hits the shelves.
