Primary:

12 lbs Wildflower Honey

1tsp Fermaid O

1 packet Lalvin EC-118

Take Reading with Hydrometer, should be close to 1.13

Add nutrients according to tosna 3.0 schedule

Let ferment to 1.02 or less one stopped at that for more than two weeks 

Rack to new vessel and continue to conditioning instructions.

Make Tincture:

Whipped Cream Vodka to cover spices in container of choice

1/2 nut of nutmeg

1 vanilla bean split open

2 allspice

1 clove

Let sit for 1 to 2 weeks

Secondary/ Conditioning.

add tincture minus spices (Just the liquid, strain with cheese cloth or muslin) + 3/8 tsp vanilla extract 

Alternately could stabilize using potassium sorbate and campden tablet or pasturize

wait a few weeks to bottle.
