In this episode I share about some very personal and private events that have occurred in my life that I am trying to bring out into the light. This is a slow and steady process that my body needs. I didn't edit this episode too much so feel free to speed it up if you need to I take many long pauses as it was tricky trying to find the right words to use with this one.

I am sharing a small portion of how I've been struggling, some of what I've been trying to process and how we can give ourselves a bit more grace while we are going through the dark, tough times.

In this episode I share about a big epiphany / realisation around how to move through the world as your inner self begins to reveal more of who you are and more of your issues. This episode in particular is around Trust. Part of the healing seems to require us to FEEL the thing we are healing. This was a painful yet beautiful realisation for me and moving forward in the world - connecting back with who I truly am - this really helps. I shared this in the hopes that it helps someone else. This was also me practicing some more vulnerability as I move through life.
