#SJSLifeStory Why I couldn't learn French at IHM Chandigarh | Study Motivational Audio in Hindi

Chanchal - is what our heart is. We love to make judgements about everything in life and sometimes, these judgements force us to make decisions that could keep us away from acquiring a competency.

Leadership Coach Simerjeet Singh shares with us, one such judgement that he made early in life, that made him reject learning French as a language. Finding it very difficult to learn, he shares how his mind gave him further reasons not to learn - reasons such as there is no point, it's not useful, etc. etc., ultimately not being able to acquire it as a competency.

Citing this very example, Simerjeet Singh expresses how this could have helped him in his career as an international motivational speaker, or before that, as a Hotel Management professional. This audio is another episode in his series on Hotel Management under #SJSLifeStories. There are several aspects of human behavior that Simerjeet Singh talks about in this audio- he touches upon resistance, lack of foresight, perseverance, taking responsibility for our decisions, learning to learn what we don't necessarily like and owning up the ability to learn skills even when their use is not immediately apparent. This requires us not to exercise our judgement too soon.

Listen to the entire audio to discover the secrets of overcoming resistance to new things in life.

#SJSLifeStory Finding the right friends and Mentors in College | Hindi Motivational Audio for Youth

One of the most pertinent stories shared by youth motivational speaker Simerjeet Singh involves making friends judiciously, especially while in college. College days can be the most memorable days in one's life but this is also the period when we develop life views, perspectives and opinions that guide us through the rest of our lives. The way we live life is largely dependent on the company we keep - for man is a social being and college days are majorly defined by friends around us. These friendships and acquaintances can make or break our values. Imagine a bunch of friends who trick you into a movie on the last day before your exam, who constantly complain on how everything is wrong with the world, who laugh at your dreams and ridicule you - that's how damaging company can get if not chosen judiciously.

Simerjeet Singh speaks on The Life of an Entrepreneur-Motivational Audio for Entrepreneurs in Hindi

An entrepreneur never sleeps. Like the early man that would hunt for himself each day, an entrepreneur's life has to mimic that of the hunter that has to get up, get out and get going. Speaking about his own early days as a motivational speaker and life as a new entrepreneur, Simerjeet Singh recalls how he, along with his wife Tarveen Singh, would go out every day to meet corporates in person in and around Jalandhar.

One such expedition led them to the learning that decisions pertaining to trainings and services provided by Simerjeet Singh are not taken in the factory; rather they are taken in the head office. That's how they entered the Noida market.

Advising all entrepreneurs who are currently following their passion, Simerjeet urges them never to give up firing even if they do not hit the target. Sometimes, whatever the arrow hits could end up becoming your target.

Yet another piece of wisdom offered by Simerjeet Singh is the advise that as an entrepreneur, one must always be ready for opportunities. Opportunities can come from the most unexpected of places, and we must always be ready to identify and seize them as they appear.
