You know this could be the single most toughest challenge of our lives. Staying true to ourselves and our word. When you tell yourself you will do something, do your best to stay committed to your words. If we continue to let ourselves down, we lose confidence in ourselves which leads to us not believing in our own selves. Which comes up as a lot of negative self-talk, procrastination, lack confidence in self.

The journey to self-awareness isn't always so easy, sometimes we discover the ones who hurt us the most are the ones that are supposed to love us the most. But, they just didn't know any better themselves, they just did what they seen and did the best they could. Becoming more self-aware is the single most important thing when pertaining to spiritual growth in my opinion. I hope you find value in this episode, I truly just want to make your journey easier for you. Enjoy the episode!!

How my views on Religion changed my perspective on everything I thought I knew about life.
In this 1st episode, I discuss my journey with alcohol and some of the effects it had on me. I also touch up on harboring your feelings, all my life I was told to "man the fuck up, don't be a bitch". That on top of alcohol certainly kept my emotions suppressed. Emotions are energy in motion, you have to keep the energy moving. Feel the emotions, understand them, and move forward.
