Ian was the former Director of Facebook Creative Shop for Global Clients, where he led a globally distributed in-house team of Creatives and Strategists working with brands like Adidas, L’Oreal and VW. Prior to this, Ian was VP of Innovation at American Express and held senior strategy roles at various digital agencies including AKQA, M&C Saatchi, and Possible.

Ian is also on the audience board of the Victoria and Albert Museum and the executive board of Creative Equals.

Bronwyn is a futurist, economist and trend analyst. Her day job as a partner at Flux Trends involves helping business leaders to use foresight to design the future they want to live and work in.

She is also the co-author of the book, The Future Starts Now, which will be released by Bloomsbury UK in April 2021

Fabrizio Rinaldi is the Global Head of Digital Innovation at Versace. Fabrizio has had a long career in the marketing world, beginning with his very first job at an influencer marketing agency and then moving on to other world renown agencies like Ogilvy and Wunderman. He has worked with a variety of clients including Ford Motor Company, Adidas, Mattel, Vodafone, and Microsoft. Over the last few years, Fabrizio has gone beyond Marketing to now lead Versace through complex digital transformation projects.

Parry Ravindranathan is a Global Executive, Angel investor and most recently President & Managing Director - International for Bloomberg Media, overseeing all its businesses outside of North America. Bloomberg Media includes Bloomberg Television, Radio, Digital properties, OTT, Live events, Magazines, Licensing, partnerships and syndication.

Prior to taking over the global role, Parry was the Managing Director of Asia for Bloomberg Media where he oversaw rapid expansion of its businesses making it among the dominant news media companies in the region.

Before Bloomberg, Parry worked for Al Jazeera English, Network18, and CNN in various senior roles. Parry has extensive experience in international markets having lived on and worked in 3 continents and traveled to over 100 countries in his career as a journalist and senior media executive. He has hired and managed large, diverse teams across different geographies and cultures and has led product innovation, expansion and localization strategies.

He serves on the board of digital media company Asiaville, is a co-founder of Fintech innovation start-up Valustat and is an angel investor in companies in tech, health-tech, media and AI. He writes a monthly column on the trends in media for Bloomberg Quint.
