Episode 6: The Mask We Wear
We all wear masks. Sometimes it’s a literal one — at a party, on Halloween, in a mascot suit — and suddenly, we act different, freer, less afraid. But most of the time, the masks we wear are invisible. They’re the “I’m fine” smiles, the tough-guy fronts, the jokes we crack to cover pain. In this episode, I talk about the masks men put on to survive, what they cost us, and why sometimes the bravest move is taking the mask off.
