It's Round 3 of The Bench!

This week, Bec and Dave caught up with Courtney Gum - the Adelaide Crow's newest AFLW recruit who has come out of retirement to play another seasons - as she says, like a fine wine, she just gets better with age.

We also caught up with reporter Sarah Black - there is literally nothing about the AFLW draft she doesn't know.

On this week's episode, Bec and Mango (Dave) were convinced by South East Melbourne Phoenix General Manager Tommy Greer to become the new club's biggest fans, Mango promised Alex Blackwell he would get her initial painted on his face to celebrate the start of the WBBL Season and we talked through the final minutes of the AFL Trade Period which, as usual, was all about the build up to a disappointing end.

The Bench with Bec & Dave is back!

We caught up with Sarah Blicavs from the brand new Southside Flyers ahead of the WNBL season and Softball Australia CEO, David Pryles got us excited for the team's road to the 2020 Olympics.

And Bec gave a State of the Union Address to her beloved Adelaide Crows - get the tissues out for that one.
