Bernie continues to try and figure out who will come north with the St. Louis Cardinals at the end of Spring Training, especially in the outfield.

Derrick Goold checks in from Cardinals Spring Training in Jupiter. Derrick points out that it's hard to prognosticate who will hit where in the lineup as he expects Oliver Marmol to mix and match pieces around Paul Goldschmidt and Nolan Arenado. Derrick also tries to predict what Nolan Gorman's long term future holds and if a move to designated hitter is in his future once Masyn Winn emerges.

Before diving into the World Baseball Classic, Bernie talks about if Paul Goldschmidt is poised for offensive regression going into 2023 as Goldschmidt as a track record of outperforming projections. Bernie then checks in on how the Cardinals are performing in the WBC as he looks at the prolific performance of Tyler O'Neill at the plate to date.

Bernie points out that Miles Mikolas is pitching like he's working for his next payday as a pending free agent after the season, and it may not come from the Cardinals. Bernie takes a look at the March Madness bracket. He questions if Houston and UCLA have what it takes to make a deep run in the tournament if they are physically compromised. Bernie looks at top upset picks including Utah State over Missouri, Drake over Miami, and Oral Roberts over Duke.

Gabe recaps Mizzou spring football camp including the battle at quarterback where he names his favorite to win the job between Brady Cook, Sam Horn, and Jake Garcia. Gabe also previews Mizzou's NCAA Tournament matchup against Utah State where he points out where Mizzou could struggle.

Bernie talks about the impact of Paul DeJong being scratched before Tuesday's exhibition contest against Houston, and what could happen if he's moved to open a spot for Mason Winn later in the season. Bernie also talks about how he believes St. Louis shouldn't feel like it needs the NFL back, despite the Batlehawks' success, after being rejected twice.
