He also talks about Yadier Molina's comments after missing Saturday and Sunday's games in Phoenix to watch his basketball team compete in its league championship game in Puerto Rico.

Bernie talks about Paul Goldschmidt's historic season and examines whether he has a legitimate chance to win a Triple Crown. He also talks about how Goldschmidt and Arenado, along with Albert Pujols when facing a lefthanded pitcher, make a lethal middle of the lineup.

Bernie talks about the state of the Cardinals pitching staff. He expresses skepticism over Jack Flaherty saying he's not the one to determine when he's ready to return as he claimed to make it out of his last rehab start with no issues. He also mentions how there's room for improvement for Giovanny Gallegos and Genesis Cabrera out of the bullpen although Gallegos has shown recent improvement.
