Vinnie you are an endurance cyclist and we have got a fairly larger audience of cyclists here, and cycling is really big. Not just here is South Africa, but globally. A couple of people have asked us over the last few weeks, about fuelling. They have particularly been when it comes to endurance cycling and spending a number of hours on the bike, in excess of 5 hours. What is the best strategy for maintaining your level of energy? Where all of a sudden you are absolutely flying up a hill and next moment you're hitting the wall? What is the deal and what is your advice?
