The Best of The 'X' Zone Radio/TV Show with Rob McConnell

In 1987, Lisette Larkins had her whole world turned upside down when she began to be contacted by extraterrestrials. At first, unsure of what was happening to her, she considered that she was perhaps losing her mind. But after extensive psychological testing and evaluation, she was assured to be of sound mind. Eventually, Lisette came to understand that like many otherwise ordinary people around the world, she is part of a growing trend, whereby more and more humans are being contacted by inhabitants from other galaxies. - www.talkingtoets.com

Opal has been a full-time resident of Second Life® since August 2006 and has tried pretty much everything under the virtual sun. She turns human avatars into mermaids and mermen with her Mer Betta™ products and creates miscellaneous items under her Ms.O.Lei-ny™ brand. She initiated fundraising strategies for the International Spaceflight Museum, avidly supported the Relay for Life in Second Life, and strutted her stuff on the virtual catwalk of MODA Fashion. Lea's literary career started at age 8 with silly poems about little brown birds, which are now lost. Her artistic career started in the sixth grade when she won an art contest which gave her the chance to attend a summer workshop to explore various visual arts media. Her technical career started when she wrote her first "Hello, world" program in the Pascal language during the first term of her Computer Science undergrad degree. She worked in the software industry for almost a decade and a half, including a nine-year stint at Microsoft. Her business career started when she dropped everything and drove cross-country to get her MBA. Her virtual career started when she learned how to fly. Or perhaps, she learned how to fly when her virtual career started. Through Second Life, she found full expression of herself as an artist at heart, a techie by mind, and an entrepreneur in spirit. Her shrink calls her a Renaissance woman; her friends call her insane. "Love, Like Dim Sum" is her first book. - www.lovelikedipsum.com

Janice is a retired Reading Specialist Teacher and Community College Dream-study Instructor. In 1959 her car-pool passenger called at 6 am asking to change their meeting spot. That same morning at 7am Mabel was getting into Janice's car around the corner. They heard a loud CRASH! As they rounded the corner to pass their regular meeting place they saw a small airplane had landed upside down in the corner of the parking lot where they would have been! - www.amazon.com/dp/1466219246

Astronomer Sir Patrick Moore has revealed he still hates the Germans, seven decades after his beloved fiancée was killed in a bombing raid. The 89-year-old has warned there "may be another war" and added "the only good Kraut is a dead Kraut" as he disclosed his thoughts on Europe, Sky at Night and his late love. Saying a German general once told him "You won two wars. You won't win the third." Sir Patrick admitted he hoped the prediction, which referred to an 'economic war' would be proved wrong. "We must take care," he told the Radio Times. "There may be another war. The Germans will try again, given another chance. A Kraut is a Kraut is a Kraut. "The Germans tried to conquer us. The French betrayed us. The Belgians did very little and the Italians made us our ice cream. "The English are best. Stand up for England!" Sir Patrick, who suffers from a spinal injury sustained in the war which flared up a decade ago, also insisted he would keep a promise to his Group Captain to never speak of his battle record and maintained his history would remain a secret. It is rumoured he performed remarkable heroics as a young Flight Lieutenant, with a distinguished career in intelligence, all as yet unconfirmed by Sir Patrick himself. But, he added, he had a "rather interesting war" after "fiddling" his age and medical records to become an officer at 17. - www.genesisgrid.co.uk

Lisa is native Missourian and live outside of the St. Louis area with her husband and three children. She was always fascinated with the paranormal and ghost stories until August 2007 when their lives changed forever. They realized that we weren't living with "so called" ghosts anymore. They had literal physical manifestations of demonic activity in both of their homes, which she thought would never happen to them. After five years of intense occurrences, Lisa finally decided to write about them using her own personal documented information and offer support to others going through a similar situation with children who felt incredibly alone. Her husband and her have a very "real" perspective. These forces of darkness are authentic and can be very dangerous. They aren't having immediate resolution with getting rid of what is targeting their family but they feel that they are going through this situation to help others and are growing from it. Currently they are trying to gain some long-term closure but realize that they cannot move to escape this; however, leaving the large renovation project with their home behind might offer some long awaited peace. They are hoping that they won't be followed to a third one. The message that they have to share is too valuable not to talk about with others. Lisa thinks they can make a big impact upon those going through similar circumstances and those who want honest, truthful answers regarding the "unknown". It isn't every day that a "normal" family of five with children has to battle demons in their home, especially when they weren't invited in. They are as genuine as they come and tell it like it is.

Prof Huriash's background includes a Doctorate in Business Administration, the position of adjunct associate professor, and licensed consultant pharmacist, and author. It was a pharmaceutical journal discussing homeopathic medicine that attracted him to the field of Biblical research. The journal discussed the work of Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, while explaining the principle of 'like cures like' (a herb or other medicinal that causes particular symptoms when taken by a healthy person, is effective in treating a patient with a medical condition that causes those same symptoms). This concept of medicine was also found in the hieroglyphics of the Egyptians whose culture had influenced the Israelites who lived in Egypt before the Exodus. Prof Huriash found this concept applied to Numbers 19 of the Bible where the biggest puzzler in all of Scriptures told us that the person who prepared the ashes of the red cow mixture to treat people who were contaminated, himself became contaminated. Thus to understand the reasoning of what was thought to be an unsolvable enigma could now be explained. That finding lured him into doing further Biblical research and through the years he found many seemingly complex phrases actually had simple explanations when finding the original intent of the Hebrew words and colloquialisms used in the language during the time of the Exodus. After many years of research of Genesis 1, the story that reports the creation process, with the help of learned theologians, Biblical Hebrew scholars, and renowned scientists, we were able to present the case that every verse of the creation story is factually and chronologically in perfect sync with the teachings of modern science. This casts a new light on the integrity of the Bible and with man's relationships with one another. - www.landpublishing.com
