  • Mother’s Day Special!
It’s Mother’s Day! Today I talk about how grateful we should be for the mother figures (and any other guardian/mentor-like figure) that we have in our lives. We often forget to return to the basics of everything that our moms and mother-figures have done for us. This should be something we return to and are grateful for everyday. These bases make us who we are and it is something that we should all be aware of on a more consistent basis. Much love for all of you. Happy Mother’s Day!

  • Episode 100: Judgement
Episode 100. What a ride it has been. Today: the negative judgement of others. Does it serve a purpose? How does it affect us in the long-term? I really liked how I talked through this topic today. It felt like it really made sense as I followed the discussion, and I hope that it clicks with you too. Thank you all SO MUCH for listening to The Best Podcast. Your ears and attention mean the world to me, and I hope to continue providing as much value as I can for you all until I am literally incapable of doing so any longer. Much love, as always.

  • Episode 99: The Love of Losing
This idea has been sitting in my head for a while, and now I’m really trying to understand it and unlock its value. Developing a love of losing and what it teaches us is vital, as it teaches us so much more than victories. Learning from losses and engaging in the process of development through failure and learning lessons from those failures is critical. Loving the losses (and the process) propels us immensely in the long-term. I hope that you enjoy this podcast, I think that it came from a really great place. Much love.

  • Episode 98: You’re Not in Last Place
This is the message that we all need to hear and consistently be conscious of. If you have access to the internet, easy access to food and water, and have available all of your basic needs, you have a base. We all need to be grateful that we have these covered and that they are not constant worries in our lives. All of this is summed up in this sentence: You’re not in last place. Be grateful for the basics in good times and bad. Understand your position and what it truly means. This is such a powerful message, and I hope that you can all find some utility in it. Much love.

  • Episode 96: Tuesday: A Rant
It’s Tuesday. We all have an opportunity to actually live and do. This rant is focused on why we should be so grateful and happy that we have the opportunities that we do, no matter what they are. We need to stop living for Fridays and the weekend. This is a perspective talk, and I really hope that it can resonate with at least one of you. I appreciate you for listening and engaging with me. I love you so much for it!
