Today's episode consists of the taboo, the unspoken, the words that should never be uttered especially in a brown household, cause to our parents it's apparently non existent 🥹

I jabber quite a bit but let me get into my mode of zen in the time to come please 🫠

This episode marks the beginning of the journey where we are vulnerable and we boldly face our triggers and our fears. It's very important to be able to acknowledge our emotions and our feelings, and it's a journey that you must take. Be rest assured, the healing process is not easy, it's not an overnight change, it's a long process that may or may not last for months or years. Your journey is personal to you and it is valid! You are not alone and you have the strength and courage and the boldness within you, but all it takes is your choice and the decision you take in order to control your life!

Our experiences when it comes to our brown parents, are unique to each and every single one of us in different ways, and it's very important to acknowledge that and adapt a to mindset that enables us to cope up with these situations in a healthy manner. This episode is basically an eye opener and a self altering revelation to you guys that, it is possible to build a mindset that helps us cope up with our situations better!
