We have all experienced pain and discomfort. Most often our response is to shelter ourselves from the risk of being hurt. So we enslave ourselves in comfort.

Life is hard and by trying to avoid this we actually make life harder for us. We know pain and struggle is a part of life, so why don't we lean into them. Find a way to endure and become stronger and better and more apt to face adversity instead of crying poor pitiful me.

You are not oppressed and you are not a victim. You are a man and you love facing life with a damn big courageous smile. Life can kick your ass only if you allow it to.

We tend to dwell on the most negative thought and see the world through a lens of pessimism. And it's good to be prepared for the worst, but we have to begin to use logical thinking over the emotional.

We cannot allow these thoughts to steal our peace and health. Seneca talked about shutting out the noise of the world and creating a peaceful mindset.

Life flows in cyclical nature, men have always faced problems and obstacles but we also have the ability and fortitude to overcome them. Let's address the issue, shut out the noise and move forward.

A man that carries himself in strength both physically and intellectually is a force to be recognized. When we have the courage to stand up for what's right we become those men held in esteem, a man with a Backbone.

And whether you are hunting animals with your bare hands or a dentist, make sure you master your skill. Mastery provides value and a dependable trade.

And last be honorable. John Wayne said a man needs a creed or a code. What provides us with integrity? Say what you mean and mean what you say.

We've met men that just have it. A great man that had the it factor. He's a great intellectual yet practical. He's a man's man and relatable. This man dreams but also builds better lives! He is a man of action. This is one filled with substance and logic.

Where are the good men? This statement is ever present. With masculinity deemed toxic and a supporting narrative pushing emasculated, its no wonder we have no valuable examples to follow.

Young Men and boys are left with fatherless homes, divorce rates are up, men are marginalized by the courts, media and men are choosing the sidelines over a fixed game. Now we see a generation of social media influencers raising our kids.

We need a return to excellence , a tradition of masculinity picked up by men and brought forth to the next generation of men

We find it easier to fit in and just get by. And maybe it's convenient, but it doesn't offer the excitement and virility of living. And let's face it, man is created to live and create.

The culture we live in is collapsing. So what radical thought can we implement to recourse the current direction. Is there a tradition of masculinity that could disrupt the current degenerate narrative?
