Top many times we agree to the life of someone else because we refuse to say no.

It's time to reject things,people and situations that do not benefit us.

A man needs to be selfish with his time. It is a commodity he can never get back..Choose what you focus on wisely.

A man needs to spend money wisely. Be selfish with how you expend your resources. The plan is to make money go to work for you, not the other way around.

Lastly a man needs to protect his mind from ignorance and negativity. Our mind enables us to be disciplined in every other good habit.

There is always something to learn. In order to gain knew knowledge we must be open to new ideas. True wisdom is recognizing the need to continually gain new perspectives.


Death is inevitable, all the more reason to enjoy today. Pursue something worthwhile each day. MAN has a duty to himself to own his life.

Indifference is the middle line between the good and the bad.

When we stop giving a shit we become free.

The stoics regulated their emotions thus sought control over every situation.

The world sees men as consumers and we fuel the demand for a never ending supply of materials to be sought and bought

Everyday is a choice to climb out of hell, misery, depression andess than. Or we can sink deeper into homelessness.

Our responsibility is to get better everyday, to choose to move forward.

The modern system would keep you enslaved. So it's going to take a radical stance in order to be a man that lives free.

We have to quit being a consumer. We have to quit digesting the symbolic porn of life.

It doesn't take much to recognize the world needs leaders and direction. The world needs some damn good men. And so what does it mean to be a real man, a good man.

Responsibility gives man the freedom to be himself and not a slave.

Refusing to be a victim enables a man to stand on his own feet and overcome every challenge.

Taking action gives man a Backbone and bridge to succes, purpose, and fulfillment.

When life sucks and shit slaps you across the face its easy to be pessimistic. Even downright nihilistic, but what is nihilism. And can this school of thought provide us with an advantageous outlook on life.

The meaning of life, it would be cool if we were born with a guide to life tattooed on our hand. Unfortunately we are not. And we have to realize life is not fair before we ever learn how to overcome the limitations life imposes.

Man is called to create, so our superpower is to create our life and to define our purpose. It is no one else's responsibility, but ours alone....Life is arbitrary and subjectively meaningless. Which means it is also in the individuals power to give personal meaning to his life.

In a materialistic culture we get caught up in pursuing things. We try to keep up with the standards of modernity. This superficial existence consumes us.

We feel tired, drained and lack the energy to actually enjoy life. Ask yourself what is truly important. As a man , what gives you meaning, what is your standards of success.

Hell we spend too much time worried about other people's dreams, and fail to start achieving our own. It's to time to free ourselves from the rat race, slow down, breath and start living our own life.
