It's important to call the last game of the season just as though it was the first. Always work towards being consistent in every game!
To be a better referee, you have to be able to explain the Laws of the Game to players, depending on their age level.
What will you do during the off-season? I make the suggestion that in addition to keeping in shape, you add research into different scenarios concerning the Laws.
