As estheticians, our clients often share so much more with us than what’s happening with their skin. The treatment room can become a space where women feel safe enough to talk about their bodies, their hormones, their cycles, and the changes they’re experiencing throughout different seasons of life.

In this episode, we sit down with cycle educator Randee Godfree for a conversation about menstrual cycle health, women’s wellness, and the power of understanding the natural rhythms of the female body.

Randee is also a Pilates and hot Pilates instructor, astrologer, and herbalist, bringing a unique whole-person perspective to the conversation.
