Polar Preet, also known as Preet Chandi MBE, is a British Army veteran, physiotherapist, polar explorer, author, and multiple Guinness World Records holder. She made history as the first woman of colour to complete a solo, unsupported expedition to the South Pole, inspiring people worldwide through her courage, resilience, and determination. 

Through a series of groundbreaking Antarctic expeditions, Preet has earned multiple Guinness World Records, including records for solo polar exploration and endurance. Her achievements have challenged stereotypes, redefined what is possible, and made her a leading voice on leadership, mental resilience, high performance, and overcoming barriers.
