QUESTIONS
Q1. Since hating anyone in the heart is murder already, I want to know more definitively what acts of hatred are like and what are not. Since I think you also mentioned that being cold to someone, for example, not talking to or ignoring someone, may be considered as hatred. Now essentially speaking, by God’s definition and standard, what is hatred? For example, I want to know the difference between acts of self-defence, extracting oneself from peer pressure in sinful situations, and acts of hatred. - (0:01)
Q2. Is David’s prayer in Psalm 109 biblical, or was it recorded here for us to avoid using all these? The person is evil, but there is no mention of his family also involved in evildoing, but David’s prayer was hoping punishment will fall on his father, mother, wife, and children. It sounds like a malicious wish of David. Is this hatred? - (25:12)
