I’ve seen more women accomplish their body composition goals. By, selecting exercise modalities to improve their muscle mass, increase their strength to body mass ratios and improve their expression of power. Although, it’s important to do things we enjoy. In life, we must develop the acceptance of doing the uncomfortable. If our aim is to accelerate our improvement and experience the gratification of accomplishing our goals.

There is no need to set goals you’re incapable of accomplishing. But, there’s no reason to be discouraged either. Just shift your focus to the most important goal of them all - and that’s self improvement.  Behavior goals produce better people. And the best version of yourself will give you the most realistic opportunity for success. It’s amazing to see a client lose 12lbs instead of 10lbs. Simply because their behavior enabled them to reach the desired outcome without focusing on it. You’ll be surprised how setting goals like not eating fast food for a month. Drinking a gallon of water a day for 2 weeks. Or committing to making all of your training sessions for a period of time will bring you so much closer to the outcomes you desire

Listen life happens. We’ve been promised trails and tribulations in this lifetime. We’ve also been granted access to joy, creativity and abundance. Reduce your emotional recovery time and learn to play with pain. Idleness is an invitation to the Devil, Doubt and the spirit of laziness. Recover, and stay focused on assignment. Don’t become a victim of being the victim. Giving energy to complaining, making excuses and trying to control the actions of others. Death, takes an emotional toll on us all. Life is our only experience with time. But we have to improve our emotional toughness. By learning to grieve, forgive, pursue self-mastery and resist the urge to direct the actions of others
