Jesus comes to make all things new.

We can extend the love of Christmas even to those who are difficult to love.

Jesus restores us to a relationship with God where all sin has been washed “whiter than snow.”

Jesus is our source of guidance, strength, comfort and hope in the face of a blue Christmas of stress, sadness, grief, loss and loneliness.

When we admit we are powerless to fulfill our longings on our own, we’ll discover there’s help and that help has a name,Jesus. “I can’t do this on my own.”

Our attempts to find love, purpose and meaning on our own lead to an endless cycle of longing and regret. But if we decide to return to God, we’ll find we can always start over. “I wish I could start over.”

The longing to be loved, to find purpose for our days, to find meaning in our pain is given to us by God and intended to lead us back to him. “There has to be more.”

The unity and diversity of the local church should shock and intrigue the world.

People first. Politics second.

We can disagree politically and love unconditionally.
